Osteopathic (DO) board differs. PA-O: 100 h/2 yr; 20 must be Category 1-A; 12 patient safety/risk management (Cat 1 or 2); 2 child abuse recognition/reporting; remainder Cat 1 or 2; same initial/renewal opioid-and-pain rules; equivalent NOT accepted (Penns. Med. Soc. DO License Renewal; Pa. Code tit. 49, § 25.271)
