Osteopathic (DO) board differs. WV-O: 32 h/2 yr, 16 must be AOA Category 1A or 1B; 3 hours Board-approved drug diversion / best-practice prescribing training per period (from 2014-05-01); nutrition hours eff. 2026-07-01; residency ≥9 months of period substitutable for CME (W. Va. Code R. § 24-1-15); equivalent NOT accepted
